Why American Men Are Dying Younger and How to Change It
Share
American men are dying six years earlier than women, and the numbers keep getting worse. This alarming trend should worry every patriotic family in our great nation. The life expectancy gap has grown to nearly six years, with men dying at 73 while women live to 79.
Liberal media wants to blame everything except personal responsibility. They point to workplace dangers and claim men avoid doctors because of toxic masculinity. But the real truth goes much deeper than their politically correct excuses.
Science shows women have genetic advantages from birth that help them live longer. They have two X chromosomes while men only get one, giving them better protection against diseases. Women also produce estrogen that protects their hearts from the damage that kills so many hardworking American men.
The biggest killers of American men are heart disease, accidents, suicide, and violence. During COVID, men died at much higher rates than women. These deaths often come from the dangerous jobs that keep America running while others sit in safe office spaces.
Men take bigger risks because that is what real men do to provide for their families. They work the oil rigs, construction sites, and factories that built this country. They serve in our military and police forces to keep us safe from enemies foreign and domestic.
But modern life is making things worse for American men. Too much junk food, sitting around all day, and constant stress from a society that attacks traditional masculinity. Our boys are being told that being strong and tough is wrong while they should act more like girls.
The solution is not more government programs or feminist lectures about toxic masculinity. American men need to take charge of their own health and start acting like the warriors they were born to be. This means eating right, staying active, and refusing to let liberal society make them weak.
Every red-blooded American man can fight back by taking care of himself and his family. Regular exercise, good food, and strong faith will help close this deadly gap. We built the greatest nation on earth, and we can sure as hell live long enough to enjoy it.
